The Tree of Life Christian Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 21 points or more this season. Couldn't have asked for a better start to 2024 than the 61-30 blowout they got at home against Liberty Christian Academy. That 61-30 margin sets a new team best for Tree of Life Christian this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tree of Life Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mason Sanders, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds. Sanders hasn't dropped below two blocks for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Ronald Amoah, who scored ten points along with six steals.
Tree of Life Christian's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.6 points per game. As for Liberty Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
Tree of Life Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Ridgedale at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Liberty Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Madison Christian at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
