Natalie Nesheiwat, Carolina Forest's leader in stolen bases on the season, led the team again on Wednesday. Nesheiwat scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Even though Nesheiwat couldn't lead Carolina Forest over St. James, she won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Carolina Forest has some work to do to even out the 1-9 series between these two since April of 2022, but a win here would be a good start.
