Football Recap: Twin Valley South Comes Up Short

Twin Valley South and Mississinawa Valley pushed the score to 42-26 the last time they played Mississinawa Valley, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. The Panthers fell just short of the Blackhawks by a score of 15-12. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Twin Valley South's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Mississinawa Valley, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Meanwhile, Mississinawa Valley is set to challenge their familiar foe Tri-Village at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Blackhawks 10.8, the Patriots 9.2) so any points scored will be well earned.
