Darius Bivins and Kye Robinson were among the main playmakers for Alexandria City as the former scored 16 points along with four steals and the latter scored 19 points along with five rebounds. Bivins has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Christian "CJ" Washington, who scored four points along with six rebounds.
West Springfield can finally bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They secured a 50-45 W over Robinson.
Alexandria City's win was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-5. As for West Springfield, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-15.
