Naples is 8-2 against Lely since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Naples Golden Eagles will face off against the Lely Trojans at 7:00 p.m. Naples is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.

Naples is headed out in good spirits considering the team just ended their winless streak on the road against Immokalee on Tuesday. Naples never let Immokalee get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Golden Eagles in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won seven in a row.

The team relied heavily on JAKE CAMPINS, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. He also put up an RBI, which was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was NICO BLANCO, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Lely fell victim to Gulf Coast and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Sharks, falling 19-0. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Sharks recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-4. As for Lely, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Everything went Naples' way against Lely in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Naples made off with a 10-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Naples since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
