Woodsboro entered their tilt with Kenedy on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Kenedy Lions by a score of 66-55. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Lions back in January, they had to take a 92-57 defeat.

Despite the loss, Kenedy had strong showings from Tristan Mireles, who went 9 of 19 on his way to 21 points along with six assists and four steals, and DJ Williams, who almost dropped a triple-double on 14 points, 18 boards, and nine blocks. With that strong performance, Williams is now averaging an impressive 2.2 blocks per game. Another player making a difference was Karsen Reyes, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 assists.

Woodsboro's victory bumped their record up to 8-14. As for Kenedy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-17.

Woodsboro will face off against Yorktown at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Kenedy, they will head out to face off against Three Rivers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
