Ridge Community won the last time they faced Santa Fe Catholic and things went their way on Friday too. The Bolts came out on top against the Hawks by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bolts.

Rihanna Jones paced Ridge Community's offense, picking up seven kills. Jones got some help from Tae'Lor Slaughter and her 12 assists. Jones was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Santa Fe Catholic's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was ANSLEY LAUSELL, who had seven kills and seven digs. LAUSELL is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had seven or more in each of the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was AJAYIA HODGES, who had seven digs, six kills, and one block.

Ridge Community's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Santa Fe Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.

Ridge Community didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Lake Region on the 26th. As for Santa Fe Catholic, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Davenport on the 27th.
