            Sheridan posted their closest  win since December 17, 2024 on Saturday. They skirted past the Philo Electrics  62-59. That's more bragging rights for the Generals, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Several Electrics players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Malachi Strickland, who  posted ten  points.  Camden Stoner was another key player,  putting up eight points and 11  boards.

The  victory (which was Sheridan's fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-6. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 19.2 points.  Sheridan will venture away from home to  face off against Maysville  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Sheridan knows how to get  points on the board -- the  team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Maysville likes a good challenge. As for Philo, they will host Morgan  at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Philo is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.9  points per game  this season.
