Football Game Preview: Bothell Cougars vs. Bellevue Wolverines + How To Watch

The Bothell Cougars will head out to challenge the Bellevue Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Bothell is likely headed into the game with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Skyline on Friday. The Cougars fell 14-7 to the Spartans. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bothell didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Kentrel Thomas.

Meanwhile, Bellevue got the win against Mount Si on Friday by a conclusive 33-9. Considering the Wolverines have won three contests by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Bellevue and bumps their season record up to 3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.5 points over those games. As for Bothell, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Bothell took a serious blow against Bellevue when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 35-3. Can the Cougars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
