Basketball Recap: Antelope Titans vs. West Campus Warriors

Antelope gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 96-56 victory over the West Campus Warriors. For the Titans, this counts as revenge for the 55-54 win the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2014.

Antelope was working as a unit and finished the game with 28 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Campus only racked up 12.

West Campus lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Edmund Michalski, who earned 14 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Zach Villanueva, who went 7 for 14 en route to 18 points plus two steals.

Antelope has already played their next contest, a 103-56 victory against Union Mine on the 26th. As for West Campus, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 80-58 loss against Rodriguez on the 23rd.
