Soccer Recap: Livermore Takes a Loss

Livermore's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dougherty Valley Wildcats. That's two games in a row now that the Cowboys have lost by exactly two goals.

Cash Philbrick and Mohammed Sajad scored both of Livermore's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Livermore is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7-2. As for Dougherty Valley, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-2-2.

Livermore has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Foothill on the 23rd. Dougherty Valley has also already played their next contest (against Granada), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
