After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pullman, University was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Ferris Saxons get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. This was a revenge game for University: when they faced off against Ferris last Thursday, they had to take a 1-0 loss.

University's win bumped their record up to 2-4-1. As for Ferris, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. University will take on rival Mt. Spokane at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Ferris is set to square off against their familiar foe Gonzaga Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
