Basketball Recap: Norris Falls Short of Skutt Catholic in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Norris can now relate to. They took a 43-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Skutt Catholic SkyHawks on Thursday. The match marked the Titans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Norris' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Ize Tidball, who posted ten points and three steals, and Ray Wegner, who scored four points and six boards. What's more, Wegner posted two blocks, the most she's had since back in December of 2024.

Norris' defeat dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Skutt Catholic, the victory (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 26-1.

Norris does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Skutt Catholic, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 58-45 win against Bennington on the 7th.
