The McKean Highlanders will challenge the Seaford Bluejays at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

McKean is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, they made off with a 22-21 victory over Conrad Science.

Meanwhile, Seaford entered their tilt with Glasgow on Friday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They took their game with ease, bagging a 35-0 win over the Dragons. Considering the Bluejays have won six contests by more than 25 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Seaford had a senior duo take command as Vince Evans III rushed for 187 yards and a pair of scores on only eight carries and Brendan West rushed for 127 yards and two TDs on only 13 carries. Evans III's longest rush was for an impressive 67 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Kalib Thompson made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Seaford didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Thompson and Ty'Aire Buffalo. Buffalo has been hot recently, having also posted six or more total tackles the last three times he's played. Thompson got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

McKean's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Seaford, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.
