Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Section walked away with it. They walked away with an 89-76 victory over the Pisgah Eagles on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Lions, who have now won eight matchups in a row.

Section's victory bumped their record up to 25-8. As for Pisgah, their loss dropped their record down to 12-10.

Looking ahead, Section will challenge Tuscaloosa Academy on Monday. Tuscaloosa Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 games -- so hopefully Section likes a good challenge. Pisgah does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
