Basketball Game Preview: Kankakee Kays vs. Morris

The Kankakee Kays will challenge Morris at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Kankakee is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 56 points two weeks ago, they were much more limited against Bloom two weeks ago. They took a blow against the Blazing Trojan, falling 70-23. The Kays were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-11.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Morris). They walked away with a 67-54 win over Pontiac on Saturday. The victory was some much needed relief for Morris as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Kankakee's defeat dropped their record down to 17-5. As for Morris, their win bumped their record up to 6-16.
