Basketball Game Preview: Baldwin Park Braves vs. Mountain View Vikings + How To Watch

The Baldwin Park Braves will head out on the road to square off against the Mountain View Vikings at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Baldwin Park is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.6 points per game this season.

On Monday, Baldwin Park strolled past Marshall with points to spare, taking the game 58-43. The Braves pushed the score to 50-27 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.

Eric Avila had another great game (as he tends to do), dropping a double-double with 31 points and 11 rebounds. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 17.1 points per game. Andy Flores was another key player, putting up six points and four steals.

Meanwhile, Mountain View scored the most points they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They received a blow as they fell 68-51 to Bolsa Grande.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Baldwin Park, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Baldwin Park strolled past Mountain View in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a score of 67-50. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Braves since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
