Soccer Recap: Framingham Falls Short Against Ranked Needham

Framingham faced Needham in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Flyers fell just short of the Rockets by a score of 2-1. Framingham were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Needham apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Framingham fell to 11-1-7. As for Needham, their win bumped their record up to 9-3-2.

Coming up, Framingham will host Newton North at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Needham, they will venture away from home to square off against Milton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
