Lincoln Christian had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Lincoln Northwest Falcons as they made off with a 69-49 win. The Crusaders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.

Lincoln Northwest lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jaymi White-Soto, who posted ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Myles Parker, who had 11 points and five rebounds.

Lincoln Christian's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Lincoln Northwest, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season.

Coming up, Lincoln Christian won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Cornerstone Christian School at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln Northwest, they and Crete will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played.
