Tuscaloosa Home Educators put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Southern Academy Cougars. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Friday.

Tuscaloosa Home Educators easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15.

McKenna Marsonek paced Tuscaloosa Home Educators' offense, picking up 13 kills. Marsonek got some help from Maggie Deason and her 23 assists. Ellie Gray controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Tuscaloosa Home Educators' win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Southern Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Southern Academy will face off against Wilcox Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cougars are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
