Soccer Recap: St. Teresa Comes Up Short

St. Teresa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the St. Thomas More Sabers, falling 4-0. The matchup was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly St. Teresa struggled afterwards.

St. Teresa now has a losing record of 4-5. As for St. Thomas More, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.

Coming up, St. Teresa will be playing at home against Warrensburg-Latham/Maroa-Forsyth at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. St. Teresa will be up against Warrensburg-Latham/Maroa-Forsyth's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.73 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for St. Thomas More, they will head out to take on Urbana University at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
