Volleyball Recap: Tomball Cougars vs. Tomball Memorial Wildcats

After flying high against Klein Oak on Friday, Tomball came back down to earth. The Cougars came up short against the Tomball Memorial Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Cougars haven't been shut out since back in August.

Tomball was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-22, 25-20.

Kaia Stricklin and Maddux Doty certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Stricklin had 13 assists and four digs, while Doty had five digs.
