Apex had won three straight on the road, but on Thursday they bumped up to 5-0 to make it four. Everything went their way against the Middle Creek Mustangs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mustangs, too.
Apex's offense was headlined by Elena Bostick and Elyse Smelcer, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Rylee Moyer and her 14 assists.
