Oberlin's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaiah Jones-Smith, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Gus Green, who scored ten points.
Oberlin's victory ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-8. As for Central Christian, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.
Oberlin will look to defend their home court on Friday against Wellington at 7:00 p.m. Wellington is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games. As for Central Christian, they will head out on the road to square off against Lucas at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lucas will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive.
