When it comes to explaining why Green Forest lost, one person who can't be blamed is Zak Watson. Despite the final result, he scored 22 points along with eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Hesten Maybee, who scored nine points along with five assists.
Green Forest struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Green Forest has been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Arkadelphia, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.
