After a string of three wins, Westlake's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of the California Condors by a score of 2-1.

Parker Swensen paced Westlake's offense, picking up 11 kills. Swensen got some help from Keagan Cundiff and his 23 assists.

Westlake's loss dropped their record down to 9-3. As for California, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Westlake wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Arcadia on the 28th. As for California, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Norwalk on the 28th.
