Basketball Recap: Pacific Comes Up Short

Pacific was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Union Wildcats, falling 73-43. The Indians lost against the Wildcats in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 57-53 score last time.

Pacific's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Union, they moved to 1-2 with that win, which also ended their eight-game losing streak.

Pacific and New Haven will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Union, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Fort Zumwalt West at 6:30 p.m. on January 20, 2025.
