Volleyball Recap: Louisburg Warriors vs. Nash Central Bulldogs
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Louisburg had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Nash Central Bulldogs 3-0. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another on October 7th.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-17, 25-14.
Louisburg got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jenna House out in front who had ten aces. The dominant performance gave House a new career-high in aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Braelyn Walker, who had seven digs and three aces.
Louisburg pushed their record up to 16-10 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Nash Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season.
Louisburg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Whiteville on the 24th. Nash Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
