Softball Recap: West Davidson Dragons vs. North Stanly Comets
If West Davidson was riding high fresh off their 19-0 takedown of Thomasville last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The West Davidson Dragons came up short against the North Stanly Comets on Wednesday, falling 10-3. The defeat continues a trend for the Dragons in their meetings with the Comets: they've now lost six in a row.
West Davidson saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maci Harris, who scored a run while going 3-for-4. Another was Meghan Leonard, who went 3-for-4 with one RBI.
