Basketball Recap: Ector Comes Up Short

Ector saw some tournament action on Sunday. They fell just short of the Leverett's Chapel Lions by a score of 49-47.

Ector's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Leverett's Chapel, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-7.

Ector wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 42-36 loss against Saint Jo on the 10th. As for Leverett's Chapel, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Leverett's Chapel Lions duke it out with the Bloomburg Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
