Basketball Game Preview: Greyhills Academy Knights vs. St. Johns Redskins

Greyhills Academy is 0-9 against St. Johns since January of 2019 but things could change on Saturday. The Greyhills Academy Knights will face off against the St. Johns Redskins at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Greyhills Academy is headed into Saturday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 20th straight game dating back to last season on Tuesday. They were beaten by Valley 86-29.

Meanwhile, St. Johns came up short against Show Low on Thursday and fell 65-52. The Redskins have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Greyhills Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for St. Johns, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-12.

Greyhills Academy was dealt a bruising 75-25 loss at the hands of St. Johns when the teams last played back in January of 2024. Can Greyhills Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
