Baseball Recap: Truman Patriots vs. Rockhurst Hawklets

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Truman's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rockhurst Hawklets on Wednesday. Truman has struggled against Rockhurst recently, as their match on Wednesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Truman got a good showing from Stuart Grotenhuis, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Grotenhuis has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive pitching appearances.
