Soccer Recap: Midwest City Comes Up Short

After flying high against Memorial on Tuesday, Midwest City came back down to earth. The Bombers came up short against the Booker T. Washington Hornets on Friday, falling 10-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Midwest City of the 10-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2016.

Midwest City's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Booker T. Washington, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-5.

Midwest City has already played their next contest (against Pryor), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Booker T. Washington, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 9-0 victory against East Central on the 22nd.
