Evergreen extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Colonel Crawford. They never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won five contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Evergreen is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.2 runs over those games. As for Colonel Crawford, their loss dropped their record down to 13-15.

Looking ahead, Evergreen will face off against Elmwood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Royals will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Vikings surely won't give up without a fight. Colonel Crawford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
