Basketball Recap: Morris Hills Comes Up Short

After flying high against Garfield last Wednesday, Morris Hills came back down to earth. The Morris Hills Knights fell 50-43 to the Morris Knolls Golden Eagles on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Golden Eagles: they've now lost six in a row.

Morris Hills' loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Morris Knolls, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Morris Hills will host Parsippany Hills at 7:00 p.m. on February 11th. As for Morris Knolls, they will head out to challenge Montville at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The timing is sure in Montville's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Morris Knolls has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
