Timberline is 9-1 against Kuna since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wolves will be playing in front of their home fans against the Kavemen at 6:30 p.m. Kuna took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Timberline, who comes in off a win.

Timberline got a massive performance out of Logan Thistle, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs Thistle has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Aidan Messerschmitt, who scored three runs while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Kuna was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 13-4 to Rocky Mountain.

Alex Whitt made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Timberline's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-9. As for Kuna, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Friday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Timberline has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.7 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Kuna struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 6.7 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
