West Central faced Chester in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Trojans lost 3-0 to the Flyers. The Trojans' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-15, 25-16.

West Central's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Chester, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 23-1.
