Basketball Game Preview: Quinter Bulldogs vs. South Gray Rebels

Quinter is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Osborne 60-39. Quinter has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Quinter found their leader in freshman Braelyn Blackwill, who went 6-for-7 en route to 16 points along with seven steals and six boards. Blackwill is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Bryn Gillespie was another key player, shooting 45% from the field on her way to 14 points and five rebounds.

Quinter smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 15 consecutive games.

Meanwhile, South Gray strolled past Meade with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 53-38. The win continues a trend for the Rebels in their matchups with the Buffaloes: they've now won seven in a row.
