Basketball Recap: J.I. Burton Takes a Loss

J.I. Burton and George Wythe squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but J.I. Burton had to settle for second. They took a 54-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the George Wythe Maroons. The Black Raiders have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

J.I. Burton's loss dropped their record down to 21-5. As for George Wythe, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 25-3.

As of now, neither J.I. Burton nor George Wythe have any future games scheduled.
