Soccer Recap: St. Albans Takes a Loss

St. Albans was the 1-0 winner over Herbert Hoover when they last played one another back in September of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Red Dragons took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huskies on Tuesday. St. Albans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

St. Albans' defeat dropped their record down to 1-14-1. As for Herbert Hoover, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-11-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. St. Albans will square off against Nitro at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Herbert Hoover, they will challenge Shady Spring at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Herbert Hoover's defense better be ready for this one: Shady Spring have averaged an impressive 4.1 goals per game this season.
