Volleyball Recap: Tri-Cities Comes Up Short

Tri-Cities was the 2-1 winner over Alexander when they last played one another back in September of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cougars on Thursday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-10.

Tri-Cities' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Alexander, they pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Tri-Cities wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Osborne on the 14th. As for Alexander, they will take on Cedartown at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
