Softball Recap: Kettle Moraine Comes Up Short

Kettle Moraine was the 7-4 winner over Sun Prairie West when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lasers fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 5-4 on Saturday.

Kettle Moraine now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Sun Prairie West, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.

Coming up, Kettle Moraine will welcome Waukesha West at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Wolverines' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the Lasers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Sun Prairie West, they will head out on the road to face off against Janesville Parker at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
