Volleyball Game Preview: Faith Academy Rams vs. Baker Hornets

Faith Academy has gone 8-2 against Baker recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Rams will take on the Hornets in a tournament on Saturday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Faith Academy extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Madison Cline. The Rams were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Citronelle on Thursday for which the team can thank Cline, who had nine aces and three digs. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-17, 25-12.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Baker, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past Bayshore Christian 3-0 on Wednesday.

Baker's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Faith Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 21-8.

Everything went Faith Academy's way against Baker in their previous matchup back in September, as Faith Academy made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
