Basketball Game Preview: Kirtland Central Broncos vs. Farmington Scorpions + How To Watch

The Kirtland Central Broncos will face off against the Farmington Scorpions at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.

After dropping their season opener at home, Farmington is headed out to face a Broncos team ready to give their home crowd a win. Kirtland Central fell 54-49 to Page on Saturday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Kirtland Central's defeat came about despite a quality game from Kole Boy, who posted ten points in addition to seven boards and six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Landen Lee, who had 11 points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, Farmington had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They claimed a resounding 102-16 victory over Aztec.

Kirtland Central was dealt a bruising 65-28 loss at the hands of Farmington when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Thankfully for the Broncos, Landon Begay (who shot 42% from the field on his way to 19 points and five assists) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
