Mullins piles up the points against Latta

The Mullins Auctioneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 89-38 victory over Latta on the road. That 89-38 margin sets a new team best for Mullins this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mullins to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dakarai Worley, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. That's the first time this season that Worley scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was JJ Davis, who scored 19 points along with five steals.

The win makes it two in a row for Mullins and bumps their season record up to 11-5. As for Latta, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mullins won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Conway at 7:15 p.m. on January 4th. As for Latta, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lake View at 7:30 p.m.
