Softball Recap: Farmington Snags Sixth Victory in Last Seven Games

Farmington got themselves on the board against Siloam Springs on Tuesday, but Siloam Springs never followed suit. They blew past the Panthers 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won seven matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Farmington is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Siloam Springs, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Farmington is set to take on their familiar foe Alma at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Siloam Springs will challenge rival Mountain Home at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
