Soccer Game Preview: Space Coast vs. Titusville

Space Coast is 0-10 against Titusville since November of 2014 but things could change on Wednesday. The Space Coast Vipers are taking a road trip to face off against the Titusville Terriers at 7:00 p.m. Space Coast will be strutting in after a win while Titusville will be coming in after a loss.

Space Coast's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. Everything went their way against Heritage as Space Coast made off with an 8-0 victory. It was an even better day for Hailey Thibodeau as she scored four goals for her team.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Titusville was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They fell just short of Astronaut by a score of 2-1. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Terriers came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 140th, while the War Eagles are ranked 288th).

Titusville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Space Coast, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-5.

Space Coast might still be hurting after the 4-0 loss they got from Titusville in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can Space Coast avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
