Football Game Preview: Hancock Central Bulldogs vs. Twiggs County Cobras + Official Tickets

After each having a week off, the Hancock Central Bulldogs and the Twiggs County Cobras will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Hancock Central and 12 for Twiggs County dating back to last season.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs last Friday. Hancock Central fell 36-28 to Georgia Military College.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 43-14, which was the final score in Twiggs County's tilt against Glascock County last Friday.

Hancock Central's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Twiggs County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.

Everything went Hancock Central's way against Twiggs County when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Hancock Central made off with a 44-20 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
