Softball Recap: White Cloud Takes a Loss

White Cloud was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Fremont Packers, falling 15-0.

White Cloud's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Fremont, they pushed their record up to 12-7 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

Coming up, White Cloud will square off against Kent City at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Indians' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Fremont, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Fruitport at 6:00 p.m.
