Basketball Recap: Allendale-Fairfax Takes a Loss

Allendale-Fairfax was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 60-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ridgeland. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Ridgeland earlier this season, when they won 60-42.

Jabien Harris had an outrageously good game for Ridgeland as he posted 29 points. Another player making a difference was Hakeem Chaneyfield, who earned 13 points.

Allendale-Fairfax's loss dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Ridgeland, their victory bumped their record up to 4-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Allendale-Fairfax will host Bamberg-Ehrhardt at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bamberg-Ehrhardt will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Allendale-Fairfax surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ridgeland, they will welcome Hardeeville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
